TM Fire provides a range of passive fire protection services and upgrades to ensure our clients meet Australian standards and are within code guidelines.
Owner/operator Tim has more than 20 years of industry experience helping commercial, industrial and government clients. Work is always to a very high standard and done with pride to all Australian Certified Standards.
Our flexible fire barriers are easy to install and provide a seal of up to 6.3mtrs high and the length you require. The fire barrier extends from the head of a compartment wall or sub division wall to the underside of the roof lining.
The flexible fire barriers can be wrapped around external timber or steel wall frame including eave and fascia sections to give fire protection to lightweight construction.
Most commonly used for fire separations within roofs of existing townhouses and units to prevent fire from escaping through to other residents, this can be achieved for either 60 minute or 120 minute FRL (Fire Rating Level).
